Daryn Bergey serves as Associate Director, Lead Consultant at CSC, overseeing the management, training, and advancement of clinical supply coordinators. As the company’s initial hire, Daryn has been instrumental in its growth and development over the years.
 
Daryn’s motivation and expertise have earned him industry recognition as a subject matter expert in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and Forecasting.
 
Daryn holds a degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from the Pennsylvania State University.

Director and Principal Consultant

As Director and Principal Consultant, George Cortez leads the Clinical Supply Consulting team, providing strategic planning support to customers and partners. With over two decades of clinical supply chain experience, his focus is on patient-centric innovation, fostering collaboration, and driving results. 

Prior to joining CSC, George held previous leadership positions at Almac Clinical Services, ICON, Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), and Merck & Co., where he served as subject matter expert in multiple areas within the global clinical supply chain. George has a proven track record of spearheading high-profile programs across diverse therapeutic areas in R&D, affirming his expertise as a clinical supplies leader.
 
George graduated with honors (magna cum laude) from Gwynedd-Mercy University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in organizational management. Additionally, he holds the title of Certified Project Manager (CPM), further highlighting his expertise in the field.

Stacy Lamb,

Stacy Lamb,
Senior Manager

Stacy Lamb serves as Senior Manager at CSC, where she is responsible for spearheading multiple client projects and crafting comprehensive, end-to-end clinical supply chain solutions. With a dedication to customizing services, she collaborates closely with clients, ensuring tailored approaches to meet their unique needs. Stacy’s specialization lies in catering to patients within the rare disease and cell and gene therapy domains.

Prior to joining CSC, Stacy established and led a clinical supplies team at a prominent CRO, and managed projects at various CDMO vendors. Her diverse experience includes serving as a regional logistics manager at a leading chemical and biotech company, as well as holding multiple research roles in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

Stacy earned a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by an MBA from Arizona State University.

Brandon A. Miller,

Brandon A. Miller serves as Associate Director and Lead Consultant at CSC, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to the table. As Associate Director, Brandon is responsible for the development and management of quality systems, vendor qualifications, process enhancement, budgetary control, as well as driving early- and late-phase development efforts across clinical and non-clinical programs and studies. 

Prior to joining CSC, Brandon held numerous leadership roles at contract packaging companies, small- and mid-sized biotech companies, as well as—most recently—Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Drawing upon his extensive background, Brandon leads strategic initiatives at CSC, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and driving results.

Brandon has a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University.

Patrick Milliken,
Founder and CEO

As Founder and CEO, Patrick Milliken’s primary responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and direction for CSC. With over 20 years of experience, Pat is a seasoned supply chain expert across the technology, life science, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Previously, Pat held numerous leadership positions at small-, mid-, and large-sized pharmaceutical companies as well as contract research organizations. Recognizing the need for customized solutions in clinical supply chain management, Pat founded CSC in 2018 to better serve sponsors, sites, and ultimately—patients.

Pat holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.

Anthony Torres,

Anthony Torres,
Lead Consultant

As Lead Consultant of Clinical Supplies at CSC, Anthony Torres plays a pivotal role in transforming clinical protocols into dependable forecasts. Collaborating with diverse vendors, he leads initiatives to ensure adherence to company-wide privacy standards and data protection regulations. His responsibilities encompass overseeing various aspects of the supply chain, including packaging, labeling, distribution, returns/destruction, procurement, and IRT setup.

Anthony joins CSC with over 18 years of clinical supply chain experience, having worked for sponsors, clinical research organizations, as well as clinical manufacturing organizations. He began his career in commercial supply chain. 

Anthony received his undergraduate education from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
