Founder, CEO
As Founder and CEO, Patrick Milliken’s primary responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and direction for CSC. With over 20 years of experience, Pat is a seasoned supply chain expert across the technology, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Previously, Pat held numerous leadership positions at small-, mid-, and large-sized pharmaceutical companies as well as contract research organizations. Recognizing the need for customized solutions in clinical supply chain management, Pat founded CSC in 2018 to better serve sponsors, sites, and ultimately, patients.
Pat holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.

With over two decades of clinical supply chain experience, his focus is on patient-centric innovation, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
Prior to joining CSC, George held previous leadership positions at Almac Clinical Services, ICON, Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), and Merck & Co., where he served as subject matter expert in multiple areas within the global clinical supply chain. George has a proven track record of spearheading high-profile programs across diverse therapeutic areas in R&D, affirming his expertise as a clinical supplies leader.
George graduated with honors (magna cum laude) from Gwynedd Mercy University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in organizational management. Additionally, he holds the title of Certified Project Manager (CPM), further highlighting his expertise in the field.

As Director, UAT Services & Clinical Systems, Krisanne Flynn manages the development and delivery of CSC’s User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Services, a strategic offering designed to support sponsors in validating IRT systems and other clinical technologies. With over two decades of experience in clinical trial operations and eClinical technology implementations, Krisanne brings a unique blend of domain expertise, regulatory insight, and operational rigor to her role.
Prior to joining CSC, Krisanne spent over 15 years as a Principal Consultant at YPrime, where she supported a wide range of pharmaceutical clients. Her background includes expertise in clinical trial operational data, CTMS, system integrations, stakeholder engagement, and global user adoption strategies.
Krisanne holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from West Chester University.

Brandon A. Miller serves as Director, Clinical Supply Consulting at CSC, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to the table. He is responsible for the development and management of quality systems, vendor qualifications, process enhancement, budgetary control, as well as driving early- and late-phase development efforts across clinical and non-clinical programs and studies.
Prior to joining CSC, Brandon held numerous leadership roles at contract packaging companies, small- and mid-sized biotech companies, as well as, most recently, Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Drawing upon his extensive background, Brandon leads strategic initiatives at CSC, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and driving results.
Brandon has a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University.

She also held a strategic planning role at Fisher Clinical Services. Her deep expertise spans both pharmaceutical and clinical manufacturing environments.
