As Founder and CEO, Patrick Milliken’s primary responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and direction for CSC. With over 20 years of experience, Pat is a seasoned supply chain expert across the technology, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Previously, Pat held numerous leadership positions at small-, mid-, and large-sized pharmaceutical companies as well as contract research organizations. Recognizing the need for customized solutions in clinical supply chain management, Pat founded CSC in 2018 to better serve sponsors, sites, and ultimately, patients.

Pat holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.

As Director and Principal Consultant, George Cortez leads the Clinical Supply Consulting team, providing strategic planning support to customers and partners. With over two decades of clinical supply chain experience, his focus is on patient-centric innovation, fostering collaboration, and driving results. 

Prior to joining CSC, George held previous leadership positions at Almac Clinical Services, ICON, Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), and Merck & Co., where he served as subject matter expert in multiple areas within the global clinical supply chain. George has a proven track record of spearheading high-profile programs across diverse therapeutic areas in R&D, affirming his expertise as a clinical supplies leader.
 
George graduated with honors (magna cum laude) from Gwynedd Mercy University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in organizational management. Additionally, he holds the title of Certified Project Manager (CPM), further highlighting his expertise in the field.

Brandon A. Miller

Brandon A. Miller serves as Associate Director and Lead Consultant at CSC, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to the table. He is responsible for the development and management of quality systems, vendor qualifications, process enhancement, budgetary control, as well as driving early- and late-phase development efforts across clinical and non-clinical programs and studies. 

Prior to joining CSC, Brandon held numerous leadership roles at contract packaging companies, small- and mid-sized biotech companies, as well as, most recently, Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Drawing upon his extensive background, Brandon leads strategic initiatives at CSC, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and driving results.

Brandon has a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University.

Daryn Bergey serves as Associate Director and Lead Consultant at CSC, driving the success of our clinical trial operations and advancing our team of clinical supply coordinators. As the company’s initial hire, Daryn has been instrumental in its growth and development over the years.
 
Daryn’s motivation and expertise have earned him industry recognition as a subject matter expert in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and forecasting.
 
Daryn holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from the Pennsylvania State University.

Sylvia Tsengouras brings around 30 years of clinical supply chain experience to her role as Senior Manager and Lead Consultant at CSC. She partners closely with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality, patient-focused solutions that meet fast-paced project demands. Sylvia oversees key aspects of clinical supply management, including protocol interpretation, CMO oversight, packaging, labeling, distribution, returns, procurement, and IRT setup.

Before joining CSC, Sylvia helped establish the Clinical Supply Department at Astellas Pharma and served as a global subject matter expert in clinical supply strategy. She also held a strategic planning role at Fisher Clinical Services. Her deep expertise spans both pharmaceutical and clinical manufacturing environments.

As Senior Manager and Lead Consultant at CSC, Anthony Torres plays a pivotal role in transforming clinical protocols into dependable forecasts. Collaborating with diverse vendors, he leads initiatives to ensure adherence to company-wide privacy standards and data protection regulations. His responsibilities encompass overseeing various aspects of the supply chain, including packaging, labeling, distribution, returns/destruction, procurement, and IRT setup.

Anthony joins CSC with over 18 years of clinical supply chain experience, having worked for sponsors, clinical research organizations, as well as clinical manufacturing organizations. He began his career in commercial supply chain. 

Anthony received his undergraduate education from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.

She specializes in supply chain management and Interactive Response Technology (IRT), with a proven track record of optimizing the procurement and distribution of clinical trial materials. Additionally, Shannon excels in managing and enhancing IRT systems to drive operational efficiency. Renowned for her exceptional problem-solving abilities and collaborative approach, she plays a pivotal role in supporting clinical research teams to achieve their objectives with precision and effectiveness.

Shannon received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.

With close to 10 years of clinical supplies experience, Emily Walsh is a Clinical Supply Manager and Lead Consultant known for her operational expertise, collaborative leadership, and commitment to patient-centered clinical research. She specializes in managing all phases of clinical trials, with a strong foundation in supply logistics, regulatory compliance, and global study coordination.

A Division I field hockey player at UConn, Emily was a four-time BIG EAST All-Academic honoree and part of two national championship teams—milestones that reflect her discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset. After graduation, she served in the Peace Corps in The Gambia, gaining hands-on experience in international health systems and deepening her commitment to global health.

Aidan BeVard is a Clinical Supply Manager and Lead Consultant at CSC, where he plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient supply chain operations to support clinical initiatives. With nearly three years at CSC, Aidan brings both precision and adaptability to his work, contributing to complex cross-functional projects and process improvements across the organization.

Aidan graduated with honors from the University of Dayton, earning dual degrees in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Finance. Prior to joining CSC, he gained valuable experience in logistics, which laid the groundwork for his success in clinical supply management.

Aidan is also an active member of the company’s engagement committee, helping to drive initiatives that encourage employee involvement and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Ryan Gibson has been working in the industry for 19 years, leading and supporting highly regulated logistics operations and projects in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. Throughout his career, he has assumed increasing responsibility for end-to-end clinical supply chain logistics at the program and study levels, with responsibilities that have spanned trial supply management, distribution, packaging and labeling oversight, and process and system improvements.
 
Ryan earned a B.A. in Professional Writing, complemented by Project Management and Supply Chain Management certificates, from the Pennsylvania State University. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
